It’s time to launch the newsletter

Download and install. The trial version of Email Sender is available on our website. To install it, you will need a Windows-compatible computer and 300 MB of free disk space.
Create an email. A colorful HTML email based on a template or an ascetic but informative plain-text email? All this is available in the visual editor of Email Sender. This allows you to effortlessly create and customize your email newsletters without requiring any coding or design skills.
Add recipients. The program understands any file format. You can import all related information (and use it in the email), such as Gender, Age, City, Address.

Built-in visual HTML editor

Variable and spin-text support

Use variables such as %Name%, %Company%, %Date% and others to personalize and update emails. There is a random text generator and support for spin-text {Hello|Hi|Good afternoon}.

Support for any SMTP servers

Use your own SMTP servers, your personal mail servers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, hosted SMTP servers, SendGrid, MailGun, TurboSMTP or any others. Use server rotation.

The program comes with a free set of templates that will help you quickly create a email. You can also import/export an already created email in EML format. Additionally, you can create and save your own templates for reuse, which contributes to the overall flexibility and efficiency of your email campaigns.

Built-in SPAM tester

There are integrated in LetsExtract: “classic” SPAM filter SpamAssassin and modern “mail-tester.com”. By clicking one button you can check your e-mail and correct its content in case the spam-test was not successful enough. This ensures your emails land in the inbox and not the spam folder, maximizing deliverability.

Project and profile support

You can create several mailing lists by assigning them to projects. You can also choose an SMTP server and email template you want to use.

Mailing list manager

What SMTP server is best to choose?
We strongly discourage using free email services such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. They will prevent you from sending more than 200-300 emails a day and often block emailing by marking your outgoing emails as spam.
You can use an SMTP server of your hosting provider (if you have a website). You can use such services as TurboSMTP and ServerSMTP. Another good option is Amazon Simple Email Service.
