How do I use Email Extractor Pro?
You have to choose the kind of search you want to do:
- Website scanning: extract data from one or more websites. The program will scan the pages of a specified resource, collecting the contacts you need..;
- Search in search engines: extraction of data from search engines. Sites are selected automatically by the program based on the specified keywords and geolocation. Here you can also narrow your search to social networks only. There are 4 data sources to choose from.
- Social networks: the mode is similar to the previous one and includes an additional filter by social networks (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.);
- Search folders, files: search for data from documents available on your computer;
- Whois search: search for resource owners’ data through the global WHOIS database. The program identifies the contact information used to register domains;
- Mailbox: collects information from the specified mailbox via POP3 and IMAP protocols.
In the same window, you can select the data you want to extract:
- Phone;
- Email;
- Skype.
Separately available on the menu are:
- Search History (displays all information on completed searches);
- Settings (allows you to select the type of extracted data, change the interface mode, etc.). Also in the settings you can set filters to exclude certain words and/or domains in the output. Here you can exclude certain domains or customize the search for them only.
Example of use
Let’s analyze the work with the program on the example of searching for e-mail addresses on a web site.
- Go to the “Website” section;
- Click on “Start Search.”
- In the window that opens, enter the desired address of the site where we will search for e-mail addresses (you can specify one or several addresses);
- Click on the “Start Search” button.

- How does the paid version differ from the free one?
In the free version, you cannot save data as a single file or copy it to the clipboard. In this case, all collected information is available for viewing only.
- Is it necessary to verify the addresses for validity?
Yes. Email Extractor extracts all contact data available from the specified source. This includes those that are no longer valid. To avoid being labeled as a spammer, the program developers recommend using additional software to check the validity of the found email addresses.
