Today we released an update that resolves an issue with the latest Google Search update.
In early January 2025, Google released an update that prevents users with JavaScript disabled from using the output results. Since its introduction in 2004, our program has directly parsed Google and other search engines’ search results.
Now, without using special techniques and proxies, this is not possible.
We have investigated the problem and released an update that solves it. LetsExtract now works through our cloud server, which is a proxy between the program on your computer and Google. Using this method, the program works well and produces relevant results.
However, this method is not as easy and cheap as it used to be. Within a month from the date of this post, we will review our costs and may revise our pricing policy or introduce fees for Google and other search engines that process search results on our end.
Support for the Yandex search engine has also been updated.
The update is available on the downloads page.
