Hi. We released an update today. What changed:
- Project files (.lep) are now saved in compressed form (.lep2). Backward compatibility with the old format is retained.
- You can now transfer collected data (email addresses) between modules (Email Extractor -> Email Verifier, Email Sender or Email Verifier -> Email Sender). Example: see the “Export – Transfer to Verifier” menu in LetsExtract Contact Extractor.
- Traditional Chinese localization has been added.
- Email Sender now includes a Direct Send option that does not require an SMTP server. This mode is recommended for VPS/VDS servers that have public IP addresses and proper SPF/DMARC records. Warm-up is recommended before sending large volumes.
- Fixed an issue with connecting to Gmail (in the Extractor when using IMAP/POP3, and in the Sender during sending). Connections no longer require 2FA and work using an app password mode.

I purchased the Contact Extractor lifetime but haven’t received the licence or username/password yet, and it’s close to 24 hours now. I received the payment confirmation receipt from CryptoCloud in my inbox but still waiting for username/password login. I’ve also created a ticket since yesterday, yet no response from your team.
