The program is good because it practically eliminates the need to use third-party services. For example, there are such additional functions as:

• Link Checker. Automatically check links for accessibility. The program will point out those that lead to sites that are not working.
• Spam Checker. The program has a built-in spam filter Spam Assassin. With its help, you can detect various stop words and see errors that may cause a message not to be delivered to the addressee. At the end of the check, the message is given a score. If an e-mail has received 6 points or more, it is very likely to go into spam.
• Email Analysis. This feature checks the created message for compliance with the rules that allow you to bypass spam filters. • ePochta Tracker. This is a separate online service that can be integrated into the program. The tool allows you to track the number of users who read a message and click on links.
• Integration of Google Analitycs. If the corresponding script is installed on the user’s site, he or she can use the services directly in the program. This will allow you to quickly analyze the effectiveness of completed mailings.

Creating a email

The editor is located on the main panel of the program. There you can also get quick access to tools and settings. Writing a letter starts with creating a new project or opening an existing one. If necessary, you can use ready-made templates.

In fact, it has all the usual functionality available in all popular text editors. For convenience, there are separate buttons for inserting links from popular social networks, pictures, hyperlinks, etc. You can change the text size and font, insert different elements of the email, including preheader, mailing address and subscription source. If necessary, you can always switch from text format to HTML.

Naturally, personalization of messages is also available. You can place special labels in the body of the message. The names of the sender and recipient, a random word or a whole text will be placed in their places. In the latter case, the function allows you to uniquely personalize each e-mail. For this purpose, the generation parameters are set up in a separate dialog box. The user can select the characters to be used and limit the text length.

You can also create a new HTML message from a template. The program provides several ready-made solutions that can be edited to optimize the style for your own message. In addition, the utility allows you to create and save your own templates, as well as download other variants from the company’s official website.

Settings

To customize the newsletter to your needs, set the required parameters in the following tabs:

• Sending. Here you can define the timeout for sending messages, i.e. the waiting time from the server, the number of connection attempts, the retry interval, the address of the computer on the Internet and the method of creating a user name. Additionally, you can enable restrictions.
• SMTP. Four types of message delivery are supported. You can configure whether to send directly or through an SMTP server, and whether to select one or the other depending on the capabilities. The number of connections per server and the time interval at which sending is paused can be set separately.
• DNS. DNS is used to convert character names into IP addresses and determine the servers to which e-mails are sent. The program finds DNS servers automatically. However, you can specify your own values if you wish.
• Proxy. The utility allows you to send e-mails using socks/proxy servers. To add them, it is enough to use a special editor by clicking on the “plus” button.
• Headers. In this tab you can add additional SMTP headers if necessary.
• Other. Here you can enable logging and reporting on message delivery. You can also have an audible notification when the mailing is complete.

Which SMTP server should I choose?

To select a server, go to the SMTP Wizard tab. You can also use the F6 hotkey. The program provides two methods:

• External SMTP. The utility recommends using this option. The choice of the server itself depends on the number of messages to be sent. SMTP can be provided by a hosting provider, an Internet service provider or a special mail service on a paid or free basis.
• Sending directly. This method is outdated and is not recommended. Mail servers will quickly identify your computer as a spammer and will not accept mail from it.
